This petition is an attempt to improve the service provided at our local McDonalds! While the restaurant employs many wonderful and dedicated employees the service is often lacking. Undercooked meat, incorrect order, rude service, incorrectly charged items, and other services items are a daily occurence at our local McDonalds and enough is enough! When you can go 8 miles away and pay $.40 - $.60 less for the exact same product and receive your order correctly and with a smile there's a problem! We pay good money for the products we purchase and don't deserve second rate goods and/or services. McDonald's needs to step it up!

I agree, i took my husband 2 springfield every morning and we stopped at hillsboro McDonalds, i ordered the same thing EVERYday. Bacon,Egg&Ckeese and Large sweet Tea. The 1st 3 days i had NO bacon. Oh my bad they said i did. so they started putting extra bacon on it for another $1.10. My sweet tea was UNSWEET. NASTY, especially 1st thing in the morning. Im not a coffee drinker so if you are you should understand what im saying. MY husband was the one that was always missing his items. Ugh, to much to list that we have we went through. One time my 12yr old daughter calls em & asked them how many nuggets are suppose to be in a 10pc nuggets cuz she didnt get all 10... LMAO

I have gone there many times as it is your only option many nights past 9, unless you want to drive to Litchfield...but anymore the drive it worth the gas because either your order is incorrect, they left something out, it isn't cooked correctly, it's old/hard as a rock, or the people who you talk to are completely rude!
