WE WANT VIDEO EVIDENCE USED DURING FOOTBALL MATCHES

The top clubs in Europe have a vested interest in making sure that video evidence is NOT used during matches. They are the clubs who, year in and year out, benefit from dodgy refereeing decisions. (FACT-The top clubs always get more penalties awarded to them than the smaller clubs, for example.)
