Westminster Council's cabinet has met in public only once in the last 8 months under leader Colin Barrow, while holding 8 informal meetings of which no agenda or minutes are available to the public.  This is the epitome of unaccountability and lack of transparancy and we are calling for Communities Secretary Eric Pickles to mount an immediate enquiry into this

Westminster Council's cabinet has only met once in public in the last 8 months under leader Colin Barrow while preferring to hold 8 secret meetings of which no agenda or minutes are available to the public.  
 
We are calling on you to mount an enquiry in to this.
