I rescued a starved dog whose teeth were grounded down the the gums (not sure if this was for use of a bait dog or not) and who was very neglected.  He was found laying in mud in 30 degree weather, no dog house, and no sign of any food or water bowl.  I was arrested for this and being charged with theft by taking.  I am asking for support in that the wrong person was charged.  The owner should be paying the cost I have paid so far.  The owner should be charged with this and the dog should NEVER EVER be able to return to the owner.  Your signatures help very much!!  Thanks!  Please visit my facebook page on this at http://www.facebook.com/pages/I-rescued-a-dying-dog-and-now-I-face-charges/103434659752758
