I love to use HTC phone because I trusted the brand, even though Samsumg Omnia is very tempting, I persist to use back and buy only HTC product. I would love HTC to provide Windows 6.5 ROM for HTC Touch Diamond for us for free or minimum amount. Of course must be reasonable of USD$5

Touch HD, come on the 6.1 OS is laggy with touch flow. 6.5 from what i have seen on the touch HD works much better. Other than that I love my touch HD, but the lag thing is reallllllllllllly annoying.

Es el segundo terminal htc que tengo, primero una diamond y ahora poseo una blackstone HD. Me parece una poca vergüenza haber gastado casi 600€ en un terminal al que dan tan poca asistencia en cuestion de actualizaciones. Provablemente sea la peor marca en cuanto a actualizaciones se refiere. Es inconcevible com un terminal con estas características no disponga de actualización a windows 6.5. VERGONZOSO con lo caros que son estos terminales. Desde luego si no se produce pronto la actualización será el último terminal que compre de esta marca, y por supuesto la publicidad que haga no será nada buena.

I have the Sprint Touch Pro and many of my collegues that have the same phone, even on different carriers. We all tried Windows Mobile 6.5 and it works increasingly better than the version that we have on our phones now (Windows Mobile 6.1). We just don't think its fair that we have to spend $300-$500 in order to get a smoother, better experience to work with. It would only be fair that Windows Mobile 6.5 would be released for it.

HTC TouchHD, el mejor terminal del mercado hasta hace bien poco, con tan solo 1 año desde su comercialización y al que ya han abandonado a su suerte, no sacando actualizaciones y dejando como un producto desfasado, cuando por características podría ser un aparato mucho mejor en conjunto con un WinMobile y un TouchFlo 3D más moderno. Sin mencionar la marranada de lanzar este producto sin un driver gráfico que aproveche bien sus capacidades y además, sin resolver esto en todo un año.... Mi primer y último HTC, exclusivamente por el soporte, no por el hardware.

I live in “Microsoft Land”, Redmond WA, and try to support the company. I purchased the Diamond less than a year ago. A windows product should be upgradable in that time frame. Now it is not supported. Today I was at the Verizon store and the Google Droid looks far better!! HTC - how do you want to gain market share in the US when you do not support your existing customers? HTC should provide customers with the best possible mobile experience, as they say...

I think a Touch Pro have the same parameters as Touch Pro 2 and many people who have a Touch Pro doesn't need to buy a new model of HTC because it isn't simply profitable.
