Wu Yi Tea are fakes and THIEVES

weight loss product buyer

I always thought I was an intelligent person ...I guess we all have our moments. I order Wu Yi Tea on their website back in April...a one time deal. I gave it a try for few months and thought it was nothing special. Didn't think twice about it...until I reviewed my bank statements for the last few months. A charge of $19.95 has been popping up from Livelifelean.net. This is how they "get you."

Livelifelean.net is the company that provides the "support" program you apparently need for using the tea properly. Of course, I ran out of tea long ago, and never recieved "support" info/help from Lielifelean.net, but they still are charging me $19.95 for their services.

I did contact "customer service"...they don't identify themselves as any particular company...and was told they would cancel my account... but they would have to charge me a $19.95 processing fee. It would take two-three weeks to process.

You may think you are buying only the tea... but you are actually buying yourself a whole lot of trouble.

I have had 5 unauthorized charges on my credit card for $19.95 for a diet plan that I have never signed up for. I have cancelled my program and am notifying my bank. I only wish that I had been aware of this scam earlier-it seems that many other people have been affected, too. I'm not sure if there will be a positive resolution to this-it's really pissed me off, though!

This is a scam of the first order. You try their tea, you cancel your tea, but you continue to be charged $19.95 per month without your consent. This smacks of credit card fraud. I am RE-canceling this program tomorrow and unless I receive a full refund immediately, I am informing my bank about this matter and let them pusue this.

if you want to cancell your wu tea shipments go to this address https://www.wu-yisource.com/confirmOrder.php and click on the live chat option that they have. A online sales person will ask you for your name and email address, so they can pull up your info.... the sales person i chatted to was pretty sweet, i requested to cancell my shipments and she did........... just make sure you save the conversation as proof that they will cancell.......also ask if you are subscribed to "Living Lean" program. cause if you are you need to cancell that as well........ hope this helps

I ordered the wu yi tea in march of 08. Received a brochure from live life lean, & A bunch of emails, with helpful hints on losing weight. Cancelled the tea within the two weeks, & thought I was done with live life lean, since I didn't receive any more brochures or any more emails. In october of 08 I noticed this reacurring charge of 19.95.I Contacted live life lean, they said they had problems with WU YI tea, & would give me 5 months of payment back. After charging one more payment of 19.95, the day after talking to them, they finally did return 5 payments to my account.I'm still out at least $80 for something I never wanted or ordered, & feel like I've been ripped off!

As the sponsor stated above--I had a lapsein intelligence and ordered the tea. It was a skam!!, receieved more tea, sent it back with a letter and followed up with a email. They stated the y received the email. I now see from monthly statements, I've been billed each month.

This company is fraudulent and scams people by taking unauthorized withdrawals from credit card accounts. Then they continue to make the withdrawals even after they have agreed to cancel it!

I ordered Wu-Yi Source Tea and every month thereafter my acount has been charged $19.95 for www.LIVELIFELEAN.net, a weight loss program I never agreed to join. I have made multiple calls in an effort to have this cancelled and am assured each time that it is without success. This is is a scam and fraud. I never authorized these withdrawals!

I ordered the tea in february of 2008. As soon as it arrived and i tasted it, i called and cancelled. This 19.95 charge has been on every credit card since Feb. This company now owes me a credit of $139.65. I am contacting my credit card company and stop this charge. I feel I should be re-imbursed since I am not receiving anything for my money.

I even contacted them at customer service asking what it was I was purchasing from them as I had no idea what I had bought of course NO REPLY to my email. Even accused my husband of buying something without telling me.. What a scam. I am notifying my visa immediately. Hopefully this will put and end to it. Be careful people..its indeed a scam......
