This is a very bold attempt to tax the entire world, if this happens the world will be a very different place. The rich will get richer beyond belief and the poor become poverty stricken. The IPCC continue to say that humankind is largely responsible for modern-day climate change, which is not factual. Global warming has been created to make humanity responsible for these fabricated climate readings so that the world can be taxed to fix a world wide environmental problem that has not been proven to exist. This is a cruel example of politicians manipulating scientists to further their plans to control people on an extreme level. It will be a travesty if people are not held accountable for this debacle. Al Gore should be at the top of the list of people that should be charged with this crime. If it is not a crime, we need to make a new law.
