Wyoming's Declaration of Sovereignty
A RESOLUTION reaffirming States rights based on Jeffersonian principles.
That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any
of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America.
Acts which would cause such a nullification include, but are not limited to:
I. Establishing martial law or a state of emergency within one of the States comprising the United States of America without the consent of the legislature of that State.
II. Requiring involuntary servitude, or governmental service other than a draft during a declared war, or pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.
III. Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service of persons under the age of 18 other than pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.
IV. Surrendering any power delegated or not delegated to any corporation or foreign government.
V. Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press.
VI. Further infringements on the right to keep and bear arms including prohibitions of type or quantity of arms or ammunition;
Any future government of the United States of America shall require ratification of three quarters of the States seeking to form a government of the United States of America and shall not be binding upon any State not seeking to form such a government; and that copies of this resolution be transmitted by the house clerk to the President of the United States, each member of the United States Congress, and the presiding officers of each State%u2019s legislature.
We the undersigned, due to the increasingly unconstitutional activities of our federal government, demand that our state legislature immediately pass a bill reaffirming our state%u2019s sovereignty, in order to send a clear message to Washington D.C. that, we the people, of the several sovereign states, of the United States of America, will not abide by any unconstitutional legislation including, but not limited to, the Patriot Act, the Homeland Security Act, confiscatory applications of eminent domain, or executive declarations of martial law.

NO BIG GOVERNMENT!
I agree we need to stand up and take our state sovereignty back! No more bowing down to the people in D.C. that think they know what's best for us. Stand up and be counted.
About time action was taken, i was getting tired of all this talk with no action.
Much of our problems of not being represented by US congress is predicated on the selection of senators and representatives not being selected by local state government as was done in the past. by not being selected by state government, we loose the ability to control or senators and reperesentatives. return to this principal. also. return to a state government not a state corporational governments ie from statuate laws to constitutional laws eliminiating the hold the federal government has on this state policies.

We need to detach from the bailouts and insanity now.
It's time to take the State of Wyomings rights back from the Federal Government and tell the feds to get lost. It's also time to get rid of both the Democratic and Republican parties. Both have held the house and senate at the same time and America is no better off for it. We are further in debt than ever before in the history of the United States and our children and grand children and their children and grand children will never be able to pay this debt off. There is a third party, it's called The Constitution Party and I will support them in the 2010 and 2012 elections. We need to get rid of the dead beat parties ( the republicans and democrats ) who do nothing for America except take our liberties away and shred our Constitutional rights.

We must stand up and save our country from tyranny.
Stand up America! It's time to be heard before things get any worse. It's time to end the bailouts and entitlements, teach them to work (fish) and they will be able to take care of themselves. It's time for accountability, term limits and to start enforcing our laws on immigration. Protect our border and appreciate the brave young men and women we have serving in our military. We owe it to them, they are over there so we don't have to be. We have two brave Sons over there right now, let's stand up for them like they stand up for us!
You all probably saw CNN's alleged coverage of the "Tea Parties"! We were called Right Wing Extremists, and part of a Fox News Event. We weren't called concerned citizens unhappy with the direction our government is taking. Fox is the only media outlet that gave fair and unbiased coverage. Lies, innuendo, half-truths, the standard tactic of the Left wingers. It's their way, or the highway. Get ready American for a real revolution if our voices are not heard!!
Restore the Constitutional Republic!
Please act on this before it's too late! I am shocked by what has happened just since January. If you wait, we will very likely wind up much worse off than we already are. We're clearly losing more and more of our traditional freedoms and protective laws… we’re also witnessing a sharp decline in logic, accountability, morality, and traditional values from all 3 branches of the federal govt... and we stand to lose the solid foundation of our U.S. Constitution as well. Do NOT sit there ambivalently and let us become victims of the growing fascism. BE PRO-ACTIVE!!!
