I wish Brett Favre the best! I'm glad he's already getting treated 1000% better in NYC. This does not excuse Murphy, Thompson, and Mcarthy, who should be held responsible for throwing the Packer family into CIVIL WAR! They divided us with their lack of vision, and they also sacrified Aaron Rodgers. Little children do not usually shout swear words at QB's, as Rodgers has publicly stated happens to him in GB. (Rodgers has already fired his agent. He'll probably leave the Packers as soon as his contract permits.) In the end, the poor leadership and vision of TT and the 2M&M's will have more casualties than just Brett Favre.

He and Deanna & his Family has given so much to so many. Deanna is also so very special too. She is like the 1st lady to football. I really think that the packers have a better chance at the Super Bowl with Brett Favre.....I understand that he announce his retirement and well the team had to move forward, but as the minute he said i want to come back they should of done it and well now the team will suffer and well i think that rodgers will also do good , but i think that Brett will do better...i have never been to green bay and my dreams have always been to go their and meet brett in person as well as the team but kno0w it seems i will have to go and meet him in NY......

This is so wrong. The second he announced he wanted to come back, the Packers should have celebrated and welcomed him back with open arms. They should have given him whatever he asked for. The Packers and Favre should be together as long as Brett is willing to play. It's a sad day for football. I thought what made the Packers the greatest team in the NFL was that the team belonged to the citizens of Green Bay ... shouldn't the people be involved with the decisions then? My son is refusing to watch football until Favre comes back to Green Bay or retires. I will no longer spend my money on the Packers.

I was at Southern Miss when Brett played, and saw him beat Alabama at Alabama three weeks after major surgery. I have a signed rookie card that he inked on the 50 yard line at USM right after he was traded from Atlanta to Green Bay. I've watched his career since he was a sophmore in college, He is honest, loves footbal, loves Green Bay, and loves USM. He is the real deal. What Ted and his buddies did to Brett, Breen Bay, and the sport of football is absolutely shameful. Green Bay could have had Brett, Randy Moss, and last years Super Bowl. What they got was Ted and a whole lot of embarassment that made Green Bay management look like a bunch of clowns. Bottom line is that GB and Brett got the shaft. I hope that both rise above this mess. Good luck guys.

Brett gave everything he had for the packers the last 16 years through injury and personal tragedies.The way he was traded was just how unloyal teams as well as companies can be.He will be remembered as an icon and a true player with the love of football.I will be following him with the jets to show him my support.This goes against my packer heart but this is a sign that we ALL Love BRETT #4 no matter what jersey.(Yes I did buy his new jersey)

A little odd, an unproven QB who has never started a game should not take priority over someone who has proven time and time again that he can get you to the big games. Although, I take that back, Rodgers has proven something. That he is injury prone.
