CONSTITUTIONAL RESTORATION
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE, PETITION AND DEMANDS
We, the People of these United States, who are the source of authority for the Federal Government and its very existence, do hereby petition and demand that all Federal officials, elected and appointed, review their Oaths of Office which they freely and solemnly swore to or affirmed, without mental reservation of purpose of evasion, to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic and bear true faith and allegiance to the same.
We petition and demand that these Federal officials, who are but agents of We, the People, all of whom have taken this oath, to cease and desist from any and all activities which contravene the clear and concise words of the Constitution, the supreme law of the Land, and the specific grant of authority to said officials from the People. We petition and demand that these officials to do and perform only the very limited activities of government enumerated within that same Constitution.
We, the People of these United States, therefore do hereby demand and require that all Federal Employees, elected or appointed, stand down from, and cease all activities which are not specifically authorized, within the Constitution as specified in the Tenth Amendment.
We hereby inform our agents of our intent to restore the Constitution to its rightful place as the supreme law of the land, either through their vote in accordance with these demands, or through our own vote and activities, reminding our agents of the circumstances whereby this nation was formed when the agents of the People of that day overstepped the bounds established by nature and nature's God. We solemnly inform all Federal officials that We, the People will see misfeasance, malfeasance, outright corruption and usurpation of the Constitution punished appropriately.
We, the undersigned People of the United States of America, do solemnly and firmly commit ourselves to Constitutional Restoration in these United States according to the sentiments, statements, petition, and demands enumerated herein. We pledge ourselves, our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor, and our all to that endeavor, so help us God.

Yes our nation's elected leaders are supposed to represent us regardless of their political identification (regardless of what political party you prefer) in fact the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution reads "We The People" not We the Corporations, not We the Business & Financial Monopolies, Big Telecom. Oil & Coal, Pharma and Insurance Lobbies but We The People. We the people insist our elected leaders represent us not special interests. Pass real healthcare reform now that benefits everyone in the American public whether Republican or Democrat that is eligible to vote either today or some future day in upcoming elections and not another gift to big insurance or pharmaceutical companies. We the people demand transparency and accountability from Washington, transparency and accountability from our news media (we want a independent, diverse and accountable press that does watchdog investigative journalism) and transparency from Wall Street with financial protections not just for individual shareholders/investors but consumers as well. Restart antitrust enforcement and use antitrust enforcement against companies that were deemed too big to fail that they had to have financial bailouts -- breakup these institutions so they'll never be too big to fail again, end crony capitalism and socialism for big business and return to the free market capitalism that preceded the Biush Cheney Administration. |
We the people want our country back! Representative means just that, you represent us whether you're in the House of Representatives or the Senate. So ... start to fulfill your oaths of office and represent those of us who have helped to enabled you to reach your lofty positions.
We the people will be heard. You, the elected officials work for us and we will not stand by watching you destroy our freedoms and destroy the future of our children and grandchildren with your blatan misuse of power for your own self-serving needs. This country is of the people, for the people and by the people. The US Constitution was written for a reason. We will do whatever it takes to see that it is upheld.
This country desperately needs representatives who abide by the needs and desires of their contituency. I don't believe we have any of those left - and if we do, they are so cowed by the majority they do not open their mouths. Please - if you are one of our representatives, fight back and help us take our country back.

We are all tired of Government handouts, higher taxes, broken promises, political party division, ect. It is time we hold those elected accountable for their actions, or inaction. We must remember they are public servants, not Kings or holy appointed leaders. We have given them their power, and we can take it back. It is time we forget party lines and start thinking about our future as a nation. It all starts at your local level, the City Council, your Mayor, even the members of your school board. Get involved, get motivated, take back America. It is time we stop letting the "Experts" tell us what is best for us. When is the last time they walked your streets, attended your schools, lived in your neighborhood? The People know what is best..... not the "Expert" driving his Mercedes, sending his kid to private schools. Act now, use your most powerful weapon.... your voice... your vote.
Our founding fathers revolved against England and established our Constitution! We need to fire all those that vote against our Constitution and elect those that restore it!
Ladies and gentelman you have been elected to REPRESENT US WE THE PEOPLE and upon recieving your elected post you took an OATH to preserve and protect the US CONSTITUTION. In our view you have violated the trust that we put in you as our representatives. In the private sector you would have already been FIRED and would be standing in the same unemployment line that though your ineptness you have regulated this countries economy into banckruptcy and where you and I could have the joy of trying to support our families on a wage that is below the federal poverty line. Personally I believe you and past representatives should be investigated for ILLEAGAL activities while WE THE PEOPLE have been paying for your rather expensive life styles. You people have been violating our Constitution for decades and WE THE PEOPLE have had enough ! It is time that you get in line and do the job that we elected you to do, not the job that the SPECIAL INTREST GROUPS have given you millions of dollars to do. They may have the money that we don't but WE HAVE THE VOTES that they do not!

I absolutely agree that we need to "take back our country" and restore it to what it once was and what it should forever be, as long as time is allowed to last on this earth.
time to retake our country and put it back to the morals and values we have set for ourselves and nation. I fought once and am not so old I can not fight again on whatever field to protect my Country Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic

As an appointed officall who was terminated because I stood up for what is right and did not go with the flow, this petition gave me encouragement to continue onward with the fight before me.
I agree with signee No.346. Senator Lamar Alexander (Republican, Tennessee) in particular seems to show a reluctance to adhere to a strict interpretation of the U.S. Constitution. This is evident in his present endorsement of U.S. Supreme Court judge nominee Sotomayor, a nominee who has given ample indication, by her own words and actions, that she will attempt to skirt the U.S. Constitution and U.S. law by legislating from the bench.
How did we get to the point that we must demand that the federal government stay within its originally assigned boundaries?
Congress has forgotten that members are servants of The People, not vice versa. The People DEMAND you servants act and work as such. I'm not royalty and neither are any of you!

Today we live in a volatile society.The news tells us today events which seems impossible for most Americans to believe that the foundational truths of our fore-fathers who started this country with are, being pushed out of existence. I am a semi native(42yrs)of Colorado Springs.I am the oldest son of a fallen American soldier.I am one of a great number of military dependents who are watching the events of today as they unfold.We are products of the United States Military from the Era known as the Baby-boomers.Our Fathers were lifers in the United States military. My Father was a MSGT of the Unites States Army,who fought in World War 2,Korea, and 2 terms in Viet-Nam ,in the infantry.He is buried in FT Logan Military Cemetery in Denver. They the enlisted, were created and preordained by God to protect this country. They lived,trained and died as individuals who were formed into units to protect and stop the advancement of the enemy.That enemy was the social rule known as Communism and Imperialism. Today those enemies appear to have made it into our government.As they corruptly dishonor the offices of which they occupy.God is being pushed out of our society,out of our schools,and is being attacked at every level of government.The United States Constitution is under attack by many of the persons in office. The One who formed this nation,He who trusted us to honor these values and created our bill of rights and taught them to the men of generations past,His perfect ideology. These men upheld His Perfect honor all their lives.Even though some were corrupt themselves.He forgave them and progressed this nation into a more perfect union above all the other societies of this world.In these end times. It seems as though we are being persuaded to forget our moral values, or exchange these values of our forefathers for a set of values which undermine our bill of rights and Constitution in order to adapt to a system of a Imperialistic and Communistic society. This is proving to create dissension, chaos and corrupt moral values and godlessness.This is being accomplished by the evil one who is placing passivity towards (G)ood (O)rderly (D)irection into the hearts of those who were placed into the positions of power in order to teach those who do not know how to make correct choices of being able to make a more perfect choice towards a more perfect union.It is time before it is too late to make another Choice,That Choice is to return to This One known as THE WORD of God.
