This cap and trade system is designed to make pollutionists pay to government for the amount of carbon footprints being released. The money from the pollutionists will then go to health care. I, Megan Phillips, encourage President Obama to put these goals in action and ecourage him to make more goals for a greener earth.

I think more and more people would recycle, if it were easier for them to manage. For instance, we need recycle centers were recyclable trash can be dropped off.
From there, a recyclables sorter would separate and sort the plastic, paper, cans and glass. From there, a sanitizer would sanitize everything.
I believe the reason most people don't bother to recycle is because it is time consuming and/or they don't have the space for separate trash bins.
