Make Greenup County Animal Shelter a Non-Gassing Shelter

Adoptable animals from up to FIVE surrounding counties are being senselessly killed at Greenup County Animal Shelter because of "overcrowding". The majority of these animals are healthy and all of them deserve a chance at finding a loving forever home!
