Making Credit reporting fair and equal

I have noticed over the last couple of decades The Credit reporting has gotten very one sided Many company's will or can report poor Credit but never report Good Credit .I would like to see a law that makes anyone that can cause a bad mark on someones Credit report must also report good credit . We have more and more company's that run a credit check on customers and report late payments or missed payments but never report The Good credit .This seems very unfair and unbalanced .Also the credit reporting agency charging and owning internet company's is very biased .They charge consumers for credit reports and make money getting paid by High interest credit card company's This is a conflict of Interest and should be stopped .The average Middle class Citizen pays more for credit as a result of lower credit scores and these company's are taking advantage of it with the help of the credit reporting company's .

I am 60 Years old  and finding it impossible to rebuild credit  So many companys won't report Good credit  and everyone seems willing to report slow or bad credit .Even companys Like at@t  Your can be with these people for many years and never be late late never miss a payment  and they won't report any of that to credit reporting agency  .But if you were Late on one payment  it would get reported. I see rent to own  homes  and rent to own company s  paycheck advance companys  pop up everywhere to take advantage of people with Low Credit scores .Home rentals prices are rocketing up higher and higher  when many can't afford it  but could afford a house payment  if they had a higher Credit score . The field needs to be level so everyone has a chance to build a good credit score and own a home  .
