This Genius Machine Feeds Stray Dogs In Exchange For Recycled Bottles

We all know there is a large population of homeless animals in our country and other countries, unfortunately. Please sign this petition to forward to Congress, POTUS, ASPCA, and Peta to start the process of installing these machines in areas where there is a large population of homeless dogs.
