Permit All Band Radio Antennas and Weather Stations

People listen to the radio everyday especially in apartments, and homes.   We should have rights to put up any shortwave, long wave, AM, FM, scanner antenna as long it's not too big and does not take up alot of room like a active antenna which is a antenna that operates on all bands from 10 kHz to 30 MHz and small scanner antennas from 30 MHz to 3 GHz.    Outdoors is good for active antennas instead of indoors.   Most listeners will try to keep them organized and very good size.   Even TV antennas with a combo all band antenna should be allowed.   Shortwave radio broadcasting, AM, FM listening is very popular and is growing and having a good but not oversized antenna would be better than not having a antenna.  Weather stations is very important because people want to know the real weather conditions instead of relying on just temperature sensors.  People want to know the wind speed and direction.    I hope this petition will make things normal and apartments more livable for hams, technicains, engineers, hobbyists.
