California elderly handicapped may die before getting help. Will you help?

Without section 8 help (which now takes more often 10 years if not more in 2016) for rental assistance to the medically declared by doctors as handicap disabled. We all need to understand the maximum amount together of CA SDI/SSI is $570 & if forced by medical issues into early retirement Social Security (SSA) is $325 together will NOT cover rental costs in CA, USA. 

When a person is forced into early retirement because major or multiple accidents negates abilities to even work part time, SSA check below retirement age is way below the 50 years of the social security annual contributions which gives points aquired by lifetime of work if were able to retire normally after a lifetime of work.

Example I personally know: The results of airplane or car or many other accidents causing doctors reporting medical handicaps and disabilities are often ignored for many elderly single adults in CA & USA. The doctors letters are being ignored due to a political policy explained to me by the social security case workers whose can not help those very much in need.

Fact: Total of this combined SSI SSA SDI assistance is average of $900 to cover the costs of rent, basic food, laundry, over counter medicines, all and any paper products like toilet paper, new or used clothing, TV, internet needed for the handicapped in order to pay for utilility & communication services, postage, phone, utilities, health care refilling monthly medications payments, and many other necessities for living below poorest of poor life style.

Remember this is for single elderly in CA which is the current policy BECAUSE no food stamps EBT are allowed either. This becomes a fast path towards death of elderly, single, handicapped & disabled without a fast change in the current CA policy. I am sharing solutions below:

Solution #1: An allowance to CHANGE POLICY for EBT food stamps (called CAL Fresh) allocations of $50 a week for FOOD ONLY for a single handicapped disabled elderly adult even on SDI/SSI SSA when amount is less than below rental costs for area. Solution #2: Federal financing known as Section 8 rental assistance must change to LESS THAN TWO YEARS after accepted application of the elderly handicapped disabled single without families. This would save the county more money than other facilities run by the state if this single handicapped group wants to remain independent with in-home assistance.

More voting adults are reaching elderly status every year. This generation now is highest growing group of citizens in USA. People young and old need to share the solutions for this need to reach the political representatives who require the votes of the same group of citizens.

Two suggested solutions #1 or #2 implemented ASAP to change current political policy. We need to go from top down by our responsible representatives in State and Federal government to our local towns & cities. Knowledge of this most forgotten elderly handicapped group of voting elderly citizens are being forced into neglect and extemely shameful conditions in the State of CA. Other USA States have helpful Food Stamps unlike the sunshine state.

I have taken on the task by needing many thousands of signatures to address this change made to keep all our older generations from harmful and shameful treatment from a designed policy we currently have being implimented especially for myself where I worked hard with few vacations by helping others for over 40 years. It really is pushing faster directly towards death but things will change with action.

Medicine for the elderly handicapped disabled single adults is also another expense that even with a low co payments the SDI SSA SSI can not help pay. Even with the Obama Care HMO programs the elderly that were helped by Medical, the State of CA, is dropped when reaching elderly age being handicapped disabled unable to earn income by HMOs too. 

Ask yourself: How can Medicine be paid when the income for the elderly handicapped disabled single adults is stopped by force because of the unforseen accidents that happen to any of us even caring medical insurance all your life?

Plus as I said above some older people are even forced by social security or health & human services policy into early retirement by accidents making these elderly unable to work by handicap disabilities are then giving the lowest amount in Soc. Security checks. This is even after the elderly have worked fulltime for maybe 45 to 50 years if the last years before retirement age were unemployed because of these major accidents.

Sad to report in my case an example of co payments not being met or cared about is a whole in the net by Kaiser Medical Health Insurance that does gives MFAP (Medical Financial Assistance Program) but NOT to those getting SDI/SSI/SSA even when no funds are left after rent and food are paid each month in a very poor area of Southern CA from SDI/SSI/SSA.

The elderly handicapped disabled when they become old are pushed into a Sr. Advantage program of Kaiser Medical Insurance when their elderly age status is reached. That Kaiser program requires a low costs on medications that this group pre elderly status could not afford prior to Kaiser policy change. Do you think this is even a right policy from the Kaiser MFAP to turn down assistance or any medical assistance program for the handicapped disabled elderly single adults unable to work?
