A Call To Action: Solutions to End the Homeless Issue

With great advances in technology and communications, more than ever before, in this time and place, we are able to make positive change occur that will affect the lives of many in every field of interest, including, social welfare and the homeless issue. Today, we have a choice, we can continue to suffer through the consequences of our past history or we can overcome our current challenges to alter the course of that history and change the direction of our future.
With this petition, I am proposing that with a great collaborative effort, the homeless issue can be put to an end. It is appalling that action is slow in moving to eliminate the problem. What more can be done? you ask. If the problem still exists, then the right solution has not been realized.
The homeless issue has implications for public safety, public health, local business, and the Social Climate! of our communities. Homelessness is a negative social and economic multiplier. In other words, like a bank account generates daily interest, the homeless problem generates daily negative interest-compounded monthly. Let's stop the cycle of abuse of our country and let's opt for healthy and smart reconstruction. In a nutshell, those reasons should be good enough to justify a liberal budget and smart spending plan to end the homeless issue. Let’s stop the abuse and neglect our country, people!!!!
A great collaborative effort of existing agencies can end the homeless issue. Let's start with a goal and move on from there: Enabling the free movement of people in a purposeful direction-the elimination of the homeless issue. In order to achieve that goal with a complex, longstanding, and hardened issue like homelessness, we have to move beyond our current mindset of conservatism and limited thinking. The problem is an expensive problem. Who is to blame for that? It is our fault for allowing and enabling the problem to thrive when it should have been taken care of before it ever happened. So we must understand that we have to pay the price to ensure the elimination of homelessness and its consequential attachments. An expensive problem deserves Super-Sized Solutions in an Extreme and Rapid Way and nothing short of that goal. The housing first initiatives occurring across the country is not good enough!

The Situation:
The problem with current solutions dispensed by major players in today’s world of politics and N.P.O.’s is that they are not able to keep up with the multiplying social, economic, and healthcare problems that manifest themselves currently in society. These problems are like a virus, they mutate and proliferate themselves in fractions of time. That is why many people silently agree that they are ineffective.
The Solution:
What is needed is a BOLD Holistic plan, (borrowing from the strategies utilized in sales like link selling and add-on selling ; and set within a limited short timeframe that accomplishes the goal of solving the world's problem. That is a big feat. It's like asking the President and all his men to invent the Universe.
The Pep Talk:
It can be done. Let’s limit problems and create short time frames to immediately eliminate problems. Let’s prolong good health and good times rather than create sporadic and uncertain times; opt for long periods of economic growth and wealth rather than short and stifled growth spurts; and opt for normal anatomical growth rates rather than shortened and dwarved anatomical growth rates.
