No More of this Disgusting Stench!

The B.B.M.P recently constructed a biodegradeble waste segregation plant underneath the Jayadeva Flyover. But, this segregation plant is being more of a waste to the locality than all the waste it's collecting. The segregation is probably not going as planned and disposed of in the right manner, causing a DISGUSTING stench which sometimes goes up to 500m or more! This stench is the harmful release of gases of degrading biodegradable matter which can cause several health disorders. Also, during the rainy season, it is a HUGE breeding ground for mosquitoes and flies. Solutions for this can only be said in 1 way- removal of the segregation plant.
This being a residential area, it is highly unsafe for the health of the residents and is not an apt sport for a 'waste' segregation plant as it is under a flyover and a place where many walk around because of a nearby mall. Instead, this area can be converted into a place where people can set up food stalls, or simply plant plants to make the air around this busy area cleaner.
