Sholom Place deed restrictions, require all homeowners to park in there garage or in there driveway, due to Sholom Place street being very narrow, vehicles such as, garbage trucks, and Fire engines have a hard time getting through if vehicles are left parked on the street. Parking is available on Sholom drive designated areas.
On Behalf of the Sholom Place Home Owners association, we are asking the City of San Antonio to install no street parking signs exept in designated areas on Sholom Place. The Homeowners association deed restrictions, require all homeowners to park in there garage or in there driveway. This is due to Sholom Place street being very narrow, vehicles such as, garbage trucks, and Fire engines are having a hard time getting through if vehicles are left parked on the street. Vehicles that are blocking the flow of traffic will be subjet to towing.
