DECLARATION FOR JUSTICE FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

THE LIBERTY OF PARENTS THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF THEIR CHILDREN IS THE OLDEST OF THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS RECOGNIZED BY THE U.S SUPREME COURT!!!!

   State and local child protective services and family court have NOT recognized THE RIGHTS OF PARENTS as inalienable, and, as a result have failed to provide FUNDAMENTAL DUE PROCESS RIGHTS in the investigation and legal proceedings to determine abuse,neglect and termination of parental rights.
    These agencies use hearsay NOT FACTS to destroy our families and they need to be dismantled and restructured. They use no set laws. It is what is convenient for the agencies and  NOT WHAT IS THE BEST OF THE CHILD.
               WHY CREATE STATUES IF JUDGES DONT FOLLOW THEM!!!!
        WHY CREATE LAWS THAT ARE NOT FOLLOWED BY THOSE WHO ARE
                                SUPPOSED TO UPHOLD THEM!!!!!

WE THE PEOPLE PROCLAIM that the present child protective services is fundamentally incapable of protecting any child and is completely deviod of
offering positive, alternative solutions. We come together as brothers and  sisters to strive for our rights as PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS under THE CONSTITUTION and freedom from government intrusion of the AMERICAN FAMILY.

WE THE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLDWIDE COMMITMENT will DO ALL by following the law TO BREAK THE DEHUMANIZING CHAINS OF THE SO CALLED CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES OF KIDNAPPING FOR PROFIT, TORTURE AND KILLING OF OUR CHILDREN AND ALL ASPECTS OF THIS BRUTALITY THAT COMPROMISE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AS WRITTEN. The  root of these agencies is profit and we will not allow them to take our families for their greed of power and money.
WE THE PEOPLE WILL STAND UP FOR OUR CONSTITUTIONAL AND GOD GIVEN RIGHTS TO BE A FAMILY WITHOUT GOVERNMENT INTRUSION!!
WE THE PEOPLE WILL BE HEARD BY A CONGRESSIONAL HEARING.
WE THE PEOPLE WILL CITE EVERY VIOLATION EVERY AGENCY THAT HAS BEEN PAID TO VIOLATE OUR CIVIL AND CONSTITIONAL RIGHTS.
 WE THE PEOPLE ARE UNITED WORLDWIDE OF HUMANITY TO OUR FAMILIES.
 WE THE PEOPLE WILL ACTIVELY AND COURGEOUSLY PROTEST AGAINST CPS AND THE VIOLENCE.

WE THE PEOPLE PROCLAIM TO OUR FAMILIES, FRIENDS ,COWORKERS, NEIGHBORS AND OTtiHERS USING CHILDREN FOR PROFIT IS A DISORDERED AND BARBARIC CHOICE . EXCEPT for legitimate and justified reasoning(AS A LAST RESORT).

WE THE UNDERSIGNED AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS HEREBY PROCLAIM THE URGENT NEED FOR SUSTAINED SECURITY OF OUR FAMILIES. FOR PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS OF THE AMERICAN FAMILY.

WE THE PEOPLE REFUSE TO LET ANY CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES IN OUR LIVES AND WILL EXPLORE WITH OUR COMMUNITIES TO A PEACEFUL RESOLUTION.

WE FIRMLY AND WITH THE HIGHEST CONVICTION, STATE THAT WE WILL STAND IN SOLIDARITY TO DECLARE JUSTICE FOR OUR CONSTITUTIONAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS

WE THE UNDERSIGNED OF THIS DECLARATION JUSTICE FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN, AGREE TO HELP EACH OTHER AND RESOLVE TO NEVER STOP FIGHTING FOR OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AS THE AMERICAN FAMILY.
