Victoria Residents Will Be Heard!

We, the undersigned residents of the City of Victoria, MN, do hereby ask wholeheartedly that Certain Residents of the City of Victoria, i.e. Funk, et al vs. O'Connor, et al, drop their Appeal, accept Judge Cain's ruling and end the discontent in our beloved City.
We are asking that all parties concerned, set their differences aside, work together to resolve their conflicts and move forward for the good of our City once and for all.

I am out of town until Tuesday, so will be missing a very important meeting at the Monday City Council Meeting. If you can make the meeting and speak out in support of stopping the lawsuit for the betterment of our beloved City of Victoria, i know your voice will be appreciated.

Thank you, everyone, for taking the time to sign the petition. I have attended every Council meeting since starting, and am happy to report that at least the last two meetings have gone smoothly, even though the Appeal hasn't been dropped.
We are in the final phase of the Appeal. The Respondents have just filed their brief and the Appellants have until the middle of July to file theirs.
I would REALLY appreciate help getting more signatures before the next Council meeting.

I need your help! We are at 200 signatures, including the paper signatures, but we need more if we are going to be taken seriously. I'm asking all that have signed the petition to get 2 (two) people to sign and those 2 (two) people to get 2 (two) and so on. I will be speaking again at the next council meeting and hoping to have a bigger voice. Thank you!

Nearly 100 signers in 5 days! Let's keep that momentum going! In these days of technology, I forget not everone is techie. I have been asked for paper petitions as well. I am printing some up today. So, if anyone would like a paper petition to circulate in their neighborhood, just send me an email and i will get that out to you.

After 3 days, our petition has nearly 60 signatures! But, we need more. If you have a spose or partner that hasn't signed yet, please encourage them to sign as well. Every person counts!
I also set up a Facebook page today to help spread the word. Just search @petitionforvictoriamn . Please like the page and use it as a tool to encourage your Victoria Facebook friends to sign.
