Jack Del Rio is a fine man and a good leader of men, but he HAS NOT been able to make the tough decisions when it comes to surrounding his team with a coaching staff that will put them in the correct positions for success. We have WAY too much talent on this team to be playing as poorly as we have. Norton should've been gone last year, and Downing should not be a coordinator.

Let's get Chucky back home to take this fine group of talent where they are meant to go...to the Superbowl and avenge the tuck rule!
