Demand to change the proposed site of a New Wastewater Sewage Treatment Plant

The Pahala Community was not consulted or appropriately informed by the County and their contractors. The site chosen by the county is not acceptable for many reasons. Safety, Environmentally and Historically. Another site located below the highway of the town would be more sufficient and feasible for the community, the county and future generations.
