The electronic billboard being used by Dairy Queen, under the franchise sign, is excessivly bright and flashes, changing in intensity, very frequently. It's placement right next to HWY30 is a dangerous distraction to drivers during the dark hours and even more so compounded with inclement weather. This sign either needs to be removed, relocated to a spot not directly in a driver's line of sight, or reduced in intensity and frequency in which it changes messages.
