How many peaple have got unhealthy puppies/kittens? Puppies/kittens with no vet care? Tired of seeing 1,000 dogs a day being put down because they are homeless? Stop back yard breeding
Approximately 2.4 million animals are euthinzied a year inside shelters. Yet peaple continue to sell sick puppys/kittens with little to no vet care for there benefit. If every dog and cat was fixed before there first heat preventing animal cancer and unwanted litters. Could you imagine kill shelters being gone? Leaving only shelters who can find homes without being rushed because then there would be few pets being brought in because * I had to move, I am expecting a baby, I didnt relize a german shepard got this big etc. This petition could possibley elimanate dog fighters and animal abuse. The peaple who would not be effected are licensed breeders with all paper work up to date and a random kennel/home inspection where ever the animals are housed. All dogs, cats, puppies , kittens must be up to date on shots and fixed before unless givin to another up to date on paper work breeder. when this ever or does come into effect all dogs must be fixed. The fine for not doing so is 1,000$ per animal or one year in prison per puppy, dog, cat, kitten
