Have you ever enjoyed scenic, beautiful, quiet rural Halfway Oregon approximately 14 miles from the Snake River? You won't any longer with the introduction of a 15 acre, 75 round trips a day, cumulative limit of 500,000 cubic yard gravel and batch asphalt plant.
