Getting speed bumps put into the park!

There is a 15mph speed limit in on this park that not many abide by. A child was hit last may with the mother present. Someone's dog was recently hit with the owner present. If your going the speed limit you could have plenty of time to stop. I would like to petition having speed bumps placed into certain areas of the park to help raise awareness to people's surroundings. We live in a small community and need to be aware an respectful of the number of children that play here.
