Chattooga County Commissioner Jason Winters: Not have my dog euthanized

A week ago a kid went INTO Lu's, my dog's name, enclosed pen, and harassed him with a duck call for several minutes. After the dog warned him a few times (growling at him) and the kid was told to stop several times by my sister, Lu bit the kid.
