Stricter punishment for anyone whom sexually abuse children/family members

The description of a sexual predator is not very well defined, meaning that if you get caught up on "makeout mountian with your partner or moon someone, or play "doctor" or "house" as a child, you must register as a sex offender as if you had bn raping or molesting someone for the rest of your life. In some research found most don't go to jail, nor is anyone making them register, or follow their restriction, some recieve social security benifits, not to mention they are given more funding then the victims for assistance with mental health. They are recieving less jail sentence then a drug addict. Statistically drug addicts are more capable of rehab then, sexual deviants.If any person has abused another human in a sexual manner, they need to constantly be supervised. Im not saying drugs are ok. But drug addict hurt themselves and the loved ones hurt when they allow that person in ones life, all self made decisions. A sexual offender is hurting another human.
