Cops killing defenseless animals has to stop

Police are taking it upon themselves to kill harmless animals, now infront of school age children, claiming kittens will go to kitty heaven. Police department can find no wrong doing in this case. Cops killing animals is becoming an everyday occurrence, with no legal ramifications and this must change. Now. 

We are asking for animal cruelty charges to be brought against officer Barry Accorti
