Botox Procedures: Patients with serious ailments be warned!

US Attorney General, FDA and all US Health Care Agencies:

Investigate why non cosmetic Botox, an injected toxin, procedure is now widely recommended and used by primary and health care providers for various serious ailments for all ages, resulting to unintended physical pain and suffering instead, and in my case, till the present.

Not like your prescription medications at the pharmacy which has an attached FDA notice, patients relying on their doctor's recommendation, are given a waiver to sign just before the procedure, without being informed of the FDA's Botox disclosures thoroughly.

So I urge you to sign this petition asking the FDA, HHS and other US Health Agencies as well as insurance companies to investigate with priority.

Note:  I am including the Justice Department's US Attorney General on the petition to investigate for instances where Botox Procedures are not needed in the first place, and Medicare and Medicaid are billed.
