There are way too many children in the area here and he should be left in jail for the rest of his life. I can guarantee he will reoffend on many of these and he is a high risk to the public and the safety of others. The government has no concern for the public safety and neither does the law. I am pleading with people no matter where you live to sign this petiton to stop this from happening in our city or any other city. Help keep this man behind bars where he belongs.
