HOA board removal and election of new board

The Marisol Home Owners Association is not adhering to California State Law and must be removed and re-elected to support California State Law. These new appointments should be immediate and allow for the proper election, per California State Law, the Marisol By-Laws, and the Marisol CC&Rs establishing and governing the community.
