By Signing this Petition, I request that the International Academy of Design & Technology, of ALL locations provide and agree to federal loan forgiveness to ALL students who have accumulated unjust, and unfair debt through use of IADT's fraudulent educational and housing services.
In addition, We the people, also demand repayment for the years of financial hardship caused directly by IADT. In some case's, the inability to be elidgable for future financial educational benefits because of the debt caused by IADT's irresponsibility, not the irresponsibility of ourselves, has made it impossible for ex-students to progress in higher education. Ex-Students of IADT will not stand for corporate schemes against us, and we have come together to demand that we be heard and we demand that something be done so we can further our lives and become productive members of society. We will no longer allow ourselves to be trapped in our debts caused by IADT's lies and schemes.
The U.S. Constitution states "The
right to education is recognized as a
human right and is understood to establish an entitlement to
education. According to the
International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights the right to education includes the right to free, compulsory
primary education for all
[1], an obligation to develop
secondary education accessible to all in particular by the progressive introduction of free secondary education
[2], as well as an obligation to develop equitable access to
higher education in particular by the progressive introduction of free higher education.
[3] The right to education also includes a responsibility to provide basic education for individuals who have not completed primary education. In addition to these access to education provisions the right to education encompasses also the obligation to eliminate

We recognize IADT has not only broken our constitutional right to quality higher education, but also multiple federal laws including identity theft, in where IADT has falsely signed Federal Loans in students names, without knowledge to the student, and without the student benefiting in anyway because of it.
We seek justice according to federal law with all accusations against IADT over the past 11 years, in which have yet to be resolved.
