These two entities, have KILLED a poor dog, who was sleeping on a construction site, in Targu-Jiu , Romania...One of them DUMPED a piece of concrete , from the top of a wall right on the dogs head....after this EVIL ACT< they laughed they buts off...

We ask for the maximum punishment for these individuals who killed a poor dog.
We are SHOCKED by the sadistic act committed against a poor dog who did not harm anybody, by these two individuals in this article

We ask the Targu-Jiu Police, to start the investigation and to send to trial, for cruelty to animals and intentional killing of an animal, the individuals mentioned above and to ask for the more severe punishment possible : JAIL TIME>
We hope that AT LEAST NOW< the Romanian Police will take seriously these horrible acts of cruelty and WILL , finally apply the law in force in Romania.
We will follow the evolution of the investigation and we do NOT accept anything BUT the most severe punishment.
