Urban Forestry, and why the trees of Canadian cities are important for the people and wildlife

The trees of Urban cities are being cut down to make room for the growing population of people on this earth. We need to protect these trees to keep our living environments health and sustainable. If these trees are cut down, it doesn't just affect the wildlife, it affects us as well. The trees moderate wind, lowering the cost of energy. If we can stop our local government from continuing this process, our cities will stay in its lush green state, and keep the health and wellness of our community.
