Help these dogs have a chance of happiness

I recently watched a story how abondend & abuse of these poor dogs who would never get to live a happy & long life due to overcrowding so in America they have a programme for the prisoners to look after these dogs & have total responsiblility in the lower security section.Id like to see a programme introduced here in Australia,there's way too many dogs in homes & rescue centres who sadly have to euthanise them.Please sign my petition.
