Keep bad businesses away from schools

I was a former emplyee at the Denny's off Monterey and Alma. Working there not only was the area bad but lots of the other employees and management were rude to innocent people including myself, customers, and other employees. By getting rid of this Denny's since there is a Charter School being built across the street once the school is built both the school doesn't have to worry about the place and no one gets hurt.
