Charter Communications customers losing East Coast feed
Add me to the growing list of customers unhappy with the changes to West Coast feed only. I'm not sure why these changes are being forced on us, but it has nothing to do with customer convenience as stated.
If Charter was truly interested in customer convenience, they would have included both East Coast feed and West Coast feed channels in HD, the same way the premium channels like HBO, Cinemax, Starz and Showtime are offered. I like getting the east coast feed so that I can watch the show earlier and they don't conflict with other shows that are only on during the west coast feed.
Since when is 3 hours later MORE convenient? This is awful. We are all paying a PREMIUM for cable television. Give the customer what they actually want - more choices, not less.
Bring back the East Coast feed option for West Coast Viewers.
