Criminalize Mind Control Here in America & World-wide Now!!!

The history of a wealth of mind control petitions, done by Americans for their country & others done by theirs has not gotten much more than small steps in the right direction.  (e.g.: 3 US states have outlawed or banned it)

Therefore I think everybody should get on board to get this thing done & get it done right.  That would mean that  (a.) the Senate would write a legislative bill on it, (b.) the House of Representatives would write their legislation too; one version for each upper & lower House (c.) the President would get a stream-lined version of it & sign it into law  (d.) the DOJ would investigate & prep the prosecution  (e.) the lower court(s) would go forward with prosecutory action, but if the outcome was not morally acceptable, then  (f.) it would be appealed to SCOTUS, the "Supreme Law of the land."  It's important that the Supreme Court be a part of this to make a pronouncement on high (ruling) that covers all types of mind control sources & means in a matter such as this.

My thinking is that the ball should not be dropped on this too important matter to leave to chance; that's the reason for getting absolutely everyone in politics & gov't involved who should be on their end.

You see, people need to go further than before (like with a ban) & outlaw mind control because it is more criminal than anything we have seen before or since, so there needs to be serious prison time served or the highest penalty imposed, the death penalty, depending on whether crimes were committed or murder ensued. 

Incidentally, this is actually part 2 of an anti-mind control petition. I did part 1 years ago calling for the DOJ to investigate legitimate mind control cases & pursue prosecution.  Now, what this anti-mind control petition does is say that, in effect, "Hey, what form should that prosecution take?"  (So, the DOJ hands these individual case matters to the prosecutory courts.) 

Therefore, I feel that in cases of non-lethal mind control the perpetrator(s) should serve a 25 year prison sentence, but in cases of lethal mind control (i.e.: suicide programming or the making of a "danger to yourself or others" case, etc.) that the sentence be the death penalty.

This petition actually has really been even more successful than I previously said.  There were about 500 "green stars" given instead of signatures.  There were also 4 Care 2 activists who signed my petition a total of 12 times, which means they each signed 3 times.  Some very- passionate-about-this-cause activists out there!

Bottom line is I've started a trend within the United States, & a "sea change" in the surrounding world.  Thusly speaking, these petitions are a catalyst for positive action.
