The reason for that is quite simple: he has been running a HORRIFIC Border Collie puppy mill in Tippecanoe County, Indiana for decades. Government agency after agency, citation after citation, judge and prosecutor one after another, zoning boards, the department of health.....EVERY government agency in Tippecanoe County is very familiar with this case. And they have continued to permit this puppy mill to illegaly operate. We as a community and as a public at-large are saying, quite simply, "We've had enough!"
