Justice for Planet Earth!

Justice for Planet Earth ! The International Academy of Environmental Sciences (IAES), affected by huge environmental disasters occurring worldwide, many of which foreseeable (Bhopal, Chernobyl, repeated arsons, marine disasters caused by unseaworthy oil tankers%u2026) and to protect the Environment, and so the Human Health, and the Cultural Heritage of Humanity, has been promoting for many years initiatives aimed at the establishment of an International Environmental Criminal Court (IECC), through the definition of a new type of crime i.e. Intentional environmental disaster among the crimes against Humanity. Justice for Planet Earth !
Furthermore, IAES has promoted several initiatives for the establishment of the European Environmental Criminal Court (EECC), as new European Institution.
Endorsements and testimonials in favour of IAES projects have multiplied and include increasing numbers from International and European institutions, public and private Organizations, NGOs and civil society.
The European Parliament has formalized important and meaningful acts directed to the setting up of the European Environmental Criminal Court in Venice. Besides, the European Commission has moved along the same direction supporting both IAES projects.
Important endorsements have been given from different Countries, especially from France, where the Comité français pour la Cour Pénale de l%u2019Environnement (http://cour.penale.environnement.org) has been created.
The French Presidency, through the FFNE (Fonds Français pour la Nature et l'Environnement) Foundation, has shown its interest and has given important signals of support.
Heads of State and of Government, Nobel Prize Laureates, and Representatives of the Academic world have testified their interest for IAES projects. Justice for Planet Earth !
