A life saving bill to mandate adoptions of rescue and shelter dogs!

Everyday thousands of puppies and dogs are being euthanized due to not being adopted to forever homes. With the rise of puppy mills and breeders their chances of being adopted are slim to none. If we can get a petition to start an ordinance to prohibit pet stores from selling dogs that do not come from shelters or rescues I believe the numbers of euthanization will drop. We spend millions of tax dollars for the process of killing these innocent animals. We need to implement solutions to get this taken care of. If we can get the dogs out of shelters and into storefronts I believe it could make a big difference and give these animals a second chance.
