End BLM tyranny and liberate the public lands of the west.

The continued holdings of public and state lands in the USA by the BLM is unconstitutional. The Bureau of Land Management has done little to manage the public lands and has grown over the last 30 years into an armed bureaucracy federal police force. In fact, BLM has increased the federal holdings by confiscating and/or forcing and/or coercing lands from private owners.
These lands were originally hold overs from when the states were territories. Once the states were formed the federal government did not recind it's claims of the land as prescribed by the constitution. This tyranny has resulted in countless forest and brush fires because outside of private ownership the land has been ignored, ungrazed and allowed to overgrow to become a fire hazard.
Furthermore, BLM has outgrown it's mandate. The release of whistleblower videos showing the disdain toward the public and private ranchers is appalling. A prime example is the Bundy Ranch standoff in Nevada and the ambush and murder of Robert "LaVoy" Finicum in Oregon. Arming the BLM was a bad idea that's only gotten worse. This bureaucracy is unconstitutional and a threat to freedom.
Sign this petition to end the BLM, return the public land back to the states and hold public auctions on small tracts of this land for private ownership. Increase the prosperity of the states and the people while reducing the threat of wildfires. The Bureau of Land Management does very little to manage the land.
