I am deeply concerned by the most recent events of animal abuse in Slovenia.

Daily we read about some horrific crime perpetrated against animals.

Sign this petition urging Slovenian authorities to hunt down the guilty parties, expose the severity of animal abuse, and create proper legislation that will protect animals. Currently , animal control standards are unacceptable, inhumane, and do not operate using the highest standards of animal welfare.

If we don`t change it now, we will not be able to change it for the long time to come.

Dear Dr . Špelič and The Minister Zalar

I am deeply concerned by the most recent events of animal abuse in Slovenia.

Daily we read about some horrific crime perpetrated against animals.

We must bring the animal abusers to justice and ensure that this inhumanity is never repeated; sadly, animal welfare laws are practically nonexistent in Slovenia. We must hunt down the guilty parties, expose the severity of animal abuse, and create proper legislation that will protect animals. Currently animal control standards are unacceptable, inhumane, and do not operate using the highest standards of animal welfare.

Too many dogs and cats have already suffered. Please seek the maximum sentence against animal abuser and show that Slovenia does not condone animal cruelty and neglect.

If we don`t change it now, we will not be able to change it for the long time to come.
