Get new park manager that know what they are doing and are fair to everyone.

We are requesting that the acting Park manager at this time be removed and a new manager be assigned to the park we are requesting this action due to the facts of we believe that this manager is unsuitable for the position that she holds. We also accuse that she is discriminating against tenets because of this race.

The Manager also is abusing their power at the park manage by going against the contract that was signed by all the tenants living in this mobile home park. Examples include having cars of guests towed even though that they are legally parked in spaces provided to the park for parking of guest. Coming to tenants properties and throwing clothes that were hung on a line to dry to the ground and leaving them there. Being rude to paying tenants by having previously approved items such as fences bushes plants ect that there were no complaints about and threatening that if such things were not removed by tenants they would be evicted or fined. Tenants that have their own trailer that are for sale have heard of the park manager intersecting potential buyers and telling them that the home that they were coming to look at was no good or unable to be sold but offering the potential buyer one of the parks trailers just to keep the tenants from selling their own trailers.

There are also accusations of racism against tenants that because of their race. Also upon asking for her up to date certification and/or training that is required by state law to manage a mobile home park could or would not be supplied when asked for.

We are asking for immediate removal of this manager from her position as park manager and a new manager be instated.
