While I appreciate the effort you have already put forth in trying to catch the people responsible for these crimes, We the undersigned urge you to not cease until they are found. Far too many cases of animal cruelty such as this fall into the cracks and never reach the courts. The responsible party must be found so they never have the chance to harm another animal again.
