Call on world Governments to take action to end Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners

Falun Gong (or Falun Dafa) ("FG") is a religious belief which is practiced on three basic principles which is truthfulness, compassion and forbearance. Many who have discovered this belief have found it has helped them both mentally and physically, overcoming many illnesses including cancer.

FG was first introduced to the Chinese people in 1992 but in July 1999 the communist Chinese Government banned this religious practice as they viewed it as a threat. If an FG practitioner is found practising their belief, they are falsely imprisoned and tortured. When FG practitioners are imprisoned, they are tortured in many ways to get the person to give up their belief. If the FG practitioner is still alive (although many die due to extreme torture), the FG practitioner is then taken to a room and have their organs removed while they are alive and AWAKE! Ultimately, this is the final death sentence for any living being as the operation itself would kill the individual. The Chinese Government have allowed the killing of FG practitioners through torture and organ harvesting, and since 2006 an estimated 40,000-65,000 were killed for organs. FG practitioners are constantly persecuted in China and falsely imprisoned for their own religious belief, and this has been ongoing for more than 20 years.

An independent tribunal unanimously concluded that prisoners of conscience have been—and continue to be—killed in China for their organs “on a significant scale.”

“Forced organ harvesting has been committed for years throughout China,” Sir Geoffrey Nice QC, the chair of the tribunal.

"The tribunal's unanimous conclusion joins a growing set of credible and deeply disturbing findings, from multiple investigators around the world, that all point to the same terrible truth: Falun Gong practitioners and other prisoners of conscience are being systematically murdered to fuel a billion-dollar organ transplant industry in China," Falun Dafa Information Center spokesperson, Mr Erping Zhang.

"We are calling on governments around the world to take immediate action," Zhang says. "We cannot stand by silently, knowing these atrocities have happened, and continue to happen."

I propose that all world Governments ban the importation of Organs from China as this continues to line the pockets of the guilty and more deaths will continue. I also propose that sanctions are imposed on China in terms of trading/importation of goods until FG practitioners can freely practice without fear of persecution.
