As you probably know, marine life is in danger of the plastic in the ocean. The government should promote recycling, and use tax money for educating students about affects of pollution on the environment and what we can do help. The government should encourage people to use clean renewable sources, like solar power. Companies should be given subsidies to set up tidal power plants. The sunshine state in the perfect place for solar and tidal power.
The state should make an action plan to promote solar panels and renewable energy. Laws should be passed to make sure at least government property is powered by clean renewable sources of energy. I think by this, many citizens will proud of this state and will be inspired to do the same for their homes. It might seem expensive at first, but later, the government will save money that doesn’t need to be spent in electricity bills because of using the sun and ocean power.
