Leasehold properties - cancell the NO PETS restrictions

Recently while looking for a flat to buy I came across the leasehold properties restrictions in regards to pets . My dog means the world to me , he is part of the family . Someone telling me my dog is not allowed to live in the flat is like telling me I am not allowed to have my child with me !!
Please support me to write off the pets restrictions for leasehold properties .
